Terms of service

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments and is redeemable on your service. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee, unless we are able to refill the appointment slot.

Please understand that late cancellations often leave us with unfillable gaps in our schedule, resulting in lost income. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is not reasonable for our team to absorb the financial impact when an appointment is cancelled without adequate notice. We ask that you respect our policy and the time reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, you have two options: You can reschedule and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
Or, you may choose to have your deposit converted to a voucher, which can be used toward products or a future appointment.

Failure to show up: Any client who simply does not turn up to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee for their service via our online booking partner (FRESHA).

Adjustments: Salon Kaia offers adjustments within a two week period following your appointment if you have any concerns about the result of your service with us. The adjustments will be provided by the same stylist. Any adjustments requested beyond this two week period will be charged at full price.
